By placing an order for Pure Bliss Glow or any of our other products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not place an order or use our services.

1. Eligibility & Ordering

  • Age Requirement: By ordering from us, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

  • Order Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete delivery and contact information (Name, Delivery Address, Phone Number). We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices for Pure Bliss Glow and other products are stated at the time of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment Methods: We accept standard payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. Orders must be paid in full according to the selected method before or upon delivery.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We dispatch orders through trusted third-party courier services across Pakistan.

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delivery schedules are subject to courier handling, weather, and logistics. Pure Bliss is not liable for delays caused entirely by the shipping carrier.

4. Product Disclaimer & Usage

  • Skincare Results: Skincare is deeply personal. While Pure Bliss Glow is formulated with high-quality ingredients to deliver visible results, individual skin types react differently. Results can vary based on skin condition, lifestyle, and consistency of use.

  • Allergy Warning: We highly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of your skin (like your inner arm or jawline) 24 hours before full face application to ensure no allergic reactions occur. Stop using the product immediately if irritation develops.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee is subject to specific criteria outlined in our Return Policy. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to pureblissbright@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92 320 7727621, and the remaining product must be returned at the customer's expense to qualify for a refund.

All content, branding, logos, product names (including Pure Bliss Glow), and images on our Instagram page are the intellectual property of Pure Bliss. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
